As the school year comes to an end, we would like to thank our families, friends and community for a wonderful school year. We would like to wish everyone a safe, happy summer filled with happiness and joy. See you in September.
The seeds have germinated and are growing nicely. The children planted 3 varieties of pumpkins, two varieties of cucumbers, snap peas, pole beans, and sunflowers.
The children ate sweet mini peppers for snack one day. We wondered, would these seeds grow?  We harvested and dried the seeds for planting. Our hypothesis: that they should grow, because they are seeds, and plants come from seeds.
Our experiment worked! We have sooo many mini pepper plants. All the plants will be transplanted in to the garden when we return from break.
Thank you, Mr.Jack Glatzer for visiting us. We loved our violin concert. It is such a joy to spend time with you and your love of music. Thank you, parents, for your support of the Little Yellow Pantry in our area. Your generous donations are making a difference in our community.
Our garden is expanding! 4 new raised beds will be added this year. The children will assemble them and move them to the garden area.
Enrollment for the upcoming 2025-26 school year opens soon. Call 253-777-2035 to schedule your private tour.
We would like to wish our families, friends, and community a peaceful holiday season.
We continue to collect items for the Little Yellow Pantry. Join us in helping others. Donations may be dropped off at the school.
Arletta Montessori is proud to be partnering again this year with the Little Yellow Pantry in our community. We are collecting canned food items, powdered milk, cooking essentials, pet foods, and feminine products. Donations may be dropped off at the school. Thank you for helping others.

We are so excited to begin the new year with you! We are happy you are here!

Best day ever! More planting in the garden. Pizza picnic lunch and harvesting our first strawberries for desert. As the 2024 school year comes to and end, we would like to take this opportunity to thank our families, friends and community for a wonderful school year. We wish everyone a safe, happy and adventure filled summer.

We will be preparing the existing garden beds for planting. Weeding and adding a little more soil are on our to do list. We will also be constructing new beds for our garden expansion project.

Thank you, to one of our dads for volunteering to come secure the new garden beds with wood screws.

We have started lots of seeds for the garden. Pumpkins large and small, orange and white. Zucchini both long and round. Snap peas too for our tepee of beans. In the flower garden we will plant roses.
Thank you, parents, for joining us in the classroom. It was a joy to have you observe and participate in your child’s learning.
